Nomi is building the cultural layer of digital identity.
Starting with African names, we are creating an archive that makes names pronounceable, searchable, and meaningful across digital products. We are doing this by embedding cultural context into data, thereby preserving the pronunciations, meanings, and stories that give life to our names, so that they're not lost in translation.

We believe names are more than labels. In many cultures, they tell stories about a person, how they came into this world, their cultural philosophy and family heritage.
